Design can be an intimidating word, but to me, it's simply about what my clients like, and how they interact with the spaces where they work, play and live. I'm passionate about my clients. I want to get to know them and imprint their personalities onto visual, livable space. It’s their home, their workplace, their kitchen or bedroom. After all – I don't live or work there; they do.
A design philosophy built on collaboration & trust
Clients tell me what they like, but often shy away from change. I listen and then nudge them in new directions. I show them what they may have never imagined but what is somehow all theirs at the same time. I'm flexible and collaborative, but no pushover. My clients do not get the "same old, same old" because if that's what they wanted then they didn't need me in the first place. In the end, my clients will stretch themselves and they will fall in love with the space that we create.
Fine custom cabinetry
In addition to being an interior designer, Gray Gatlin is a purveyor of fine custom cabinetry. From fully custom to more standard options, there are several price points to fit your client’s budget. We would love to work with you in any of several ways:
- If you already have a confirmed cabinetry layout, we can provide pricing for your project. All quotes will be accompanied by drawings of all elevations and three-dimensional views of the design.
- We can collaborate with you to put together a cabinetry design that is your vision.
- If preferred, we can also work directly with your client and complete the cabinetry design from start to finish
All of our cabinetry lines are made in the United States from parts sourced in the U.S. This allows a very quick delivery that is typically four to six weeks. The cabinetry will arrive with your selected finishes that have been twice kiln-dried providing a very durable surface.
